this boost converter voltage is stable,but if you afraid on it,you may use(XL6009 with display) converter given below...there,display are used to see the produced voltage.you can adjust it's voltage by seeing this display
but twice works are same.in first images converter, you should use external multimeter to take the right value you want.but second images converter have built in multimeter that you are seeing in the image.
